Just fill in your name, email address and the title of your post. Choose a post tag (e.g. ‘News’). Type or paste your copy into the content box. If you have an image, use the ‘Browse’ button to choose the image on your computer.
Hit ‘Submit Post’ and wait a moment or two for the confirmation message to appear.
